These pages are dedicated to any wartime, or immediate post-war object, that is airborne related and especially to the history that is attached to it. From the uniforms and equipment they wore, the weapons they used, to the commorative items produced at the end of the hostilities to help the veterans to remember their service time. And since souvenir hunting was a favorite passtime of many US GI's who served in the ETO, a section on those types of items has been included as well.

Unless specified otherwise, most items showcased are in the webmasters personal collection. The collection is a mixture of gifts from veterans or their family, purchased items, or images of items belonging to other collectors that are shown for reference only. If you have an item that you think would be an important addition to the Virtual Museum that you would like to donate or sell, please contact the webmaster at the email address listed at the bottom of every page.
