These are the guys it's all about - the veterans of the 101st Airborne Division of WWII. Most of the men listed below are, or were, residents of my home state of California. A few of the guys are from other states, but as friends, they are special to me as well.
All of these men risked their lives for the freedom we now enjoy each day and I am grateful to them. Their deeds have forever earned them a place of honor in the history of the world.
I have been fortunate enough to have heard many of their stories first-hand, so I would like to share them with you here. As time permits, I will be adding more stories and pictures, so please keep checking back as I have many interviews completed, but have not been able to write the story yet
